Vassals
Oftentimes, some monsters will demonstrate a cunning a cut above the rest. A minion will shine out amongst hordes of their likenesses. And strangers may show up out of the blue of their own accord and invariably impose their will through their remarkable interactions with others. This page will list any such notable recurring characters who are worthy of keeping an eye out for.
Lerutil
Race: Wolf-Drow, female
Class: Dreadnaught
Element: Metal
Weapon: Hammer
An angry young girl of mixed parentage, though she appears like a bipedal wolf for all intents and purposes. Actually, she appears as a figure clad solely in the fiercest, toughest armor one can procure. Hiding her face and appearance, even her voice is muffled so that age and gender cannot be easily discerned. Nevertheless, a bloodthirsty wolf lies beneath. It is amazing how such a scrawny, young person can possibly carry the weight of such an ensemble or a hammer of such ludicrous size. Snide, sarcastic and ruthless, she is only out to win battles; not friends. Sent to live in an orphanage by her mother, she never knew her father. If anyone could ever peer beneath the visor of her armor, he or she would face two surprises: One would be terrible, vicious jaws of a snarling beast snapping out at him or her. The other would be a youthful beast-girl with slender, creamy-ebony fur who appears far too young to be a warrior. Her name means "coal" in Drowish.

Paizuri
Race: Kitsune, female
Class: Fusioner
Element: Light
Weapon: Short Crescent Scythe, Chakras, Taoist Rod
Her fur is colored golden-white with orange tips, bathed in the moonlight. She is rumored to be an evil witch that lures men to consume their souls. In actuality, she devours the hearts of monsters to gain their powers, able to use her mischievous magic to transform into them. Once considered any other menace of the fens, upon allying with Ilinuxu, she has become a harbinger of justice for monsters which act out of place or are otherwise too far gone to collaborate with. She typically fights with a short crescent scythe or throwing chakras, but most of her offense is placed into her magic. She ordinarily wears a feather turban, sleeves and leggings made of a composite material of silk and wool, and a scanty, padded robe of the same material. Her entire ensemble is strangely colored to match her fur, and she has nine tails which she bustles together. Her taoist rod separates into two connected, rotating prongs, one with an onyx and the other with a pearl. With this, she can ready two enchantments at once, but they have a tendency to backfire or combine into unprecedented effects.

Class: Cleric

Euca Lyptis
Race: Dryad, male
Class: Druid

Carnelian Cake
Race: Centaur, female
Class: Bard
Element: None
Weapon: Long Horn
A good-hearted bard with some background monk training and a few odds and ends of magic. Her build is just a tad on the plush side. She has flamboyant pink fur and matching curly hair, with her skin in a healthy tan. She operates best in a party, and though she's a decent combatant, she performs her best at rousing her party to boost their luck in their tasks. She wields a long trumpet like a spear or staff.

Marble
Race: Lapine, female
Class: Barbarian
Element: Earth
Weapon: Spear
The weakest of the tribe of fierce dire rabbits, this bipedal lapine wields all the brutish strength and minimal defense of her group's warriors. What she subsists of in discipline she sorely lacks in ability. So named for her mottled cream-and-brown-splotched fur patterns. Like all of her kind, she exhibits amazing agility, and thus is why her tribe does not excel in armor crafting.
